Referral Rewards Programme – Terms and Conditions

Eligibility for Participation

To be eligible for a referral reward, the referrer must submit a completed referral form via the designated channel, providing the full name and contact details of an individual (the "Nominee") who is considering selling a residential property.

Consent of Nominee

By submitting a referral, the referrer confirms that the Nominee has been informed and has provided consent to be contacted by Glen Thompson of Arizto for the purposes of discussing a potential property sale.

Reward Qualification Criteria

A referral reward will only be issued if:

  • The Nominee lists their property for sale exclusively with Glen Thompson at Arizto;
  • The property proceeds to an unconditional sale.

No reward will be issued if:

  • The Nominee’s property does not sell;
  • The property is withdrawn from the market prior to sale;
  • The Nominee is already listed with Glen Thompson at the time of referral.

Self-Referral

Individuals may refer themselves if they are not already listed as a referral from another party and meet the criteria set out above.

Multiple Referrals

There is no limit to the number of eligible referrals a person may submit. Each referral will be assessed independently under these Terms and Conditions.

In cases where multiple referrals are received for the same Nominee or property, only the first validly submitted referral form will be eligible for a reward.

Availability of Rewards

Referral rewards are subject to availability at the time the reward is due. If the selected reward is unavailable, the referrer may choose an alternative from the current reward list or opt to receive a $2,500 Prezzy Card in lieu.

Timing of Reward Delivery

Referral rewards will be issued once the deposit has been received from the sale becoming unconditional. No rewards will be provided in advance of this point.
